Welcome to Curiously Coordinated 🛟✨📻 the clinical, educational, and experiential work of Dr. Tiffany Flynn-Locke. Curiously Coordinated is an integrated approach to rehabilitation, learning, and leadership grounded in clinical science, built for real life.
I help people navigate complex problems, nervous system issues, and overcoming self imposed limitations by : the ability to create meaningful change. Which often requires the ability to break down, rebuild, adapt and come back stronger without losing themselves in the process. This means working on your the ability to recognize
what your body is telling you
the timing to respond effectively
the confidence to move forward without constantly second-guessing yourself.
In both healthcare and education, people are often taught to override how they feel to push harder, that they are not trying or not doing enough and just told to power through without ever learning who they are, what makes them unique or what they actually need to move forward.
Curiously Coordinated is a learning space dedicated to reshaping how humans learn, lead, and connect. Emerging curiosity helps open the door to growth, and sparks people to turn lived experience into insight, fragmentation into collaboration, and challenges into opportunities for meaningful change.
Curiously Coordinated is informed by advanced training and ongoing work in
chiropractic and rehabilitation sciences
• concussion, vestibular, visual, jaw, and cervical care
• manual therapy
• spine based assessment and rehabilitation
• play and experiential learning design
dynamic systems theory
• leadership and human systems education
You are in capable, clinically grounded hands.
The vision is to support creative thinkers, deep divers, clinicians, and leaders who want to navigate complexity, identify what matters, and lead with clarity in both individual and team environments.
The work is dedicated to helping people whose voices have been quieted by internal pressures, external expectations, or systems that limited their expression and help them recognize that their experiences can form a steady foundation for what they choose to build next.
Across education, healthcare, and organizational culture, Curiously coordinated aims to help leaders and teams develop the communication, regulation, and coordination skills.
