MY GOAL is to help others know themselves. I want people to have the skills, knowledge and creativity to understand what makes them unique. I help people build better self confidence, resilience and competence in their movement.

If knowledge is power … then self knowledge is the power to know who you truly are and what path to take. Because when you feel like your true self is that ‘special sauce’ where magical things start to happen.

As student of life and many years of advanced education I am honoured to stand on the shoulders of giants. I am grateful and now know who I am is combination of the most amazing teachers, educators, leaders and creative thinkers that an awkward neurodivergent kid could have asked for. They helped me find myself and my path. It is now my honour to now pass those teachings forward and be the educator and voice for those who may not have had the opportunities I did.

It is my QUEST to educate, share and connect with those who are ready to make better versions of themselves.
